Echoes of 1965 – iconic moments for the city, the club. One of the most glorious moments in the club’s history was undoubtedly Werder Bremen’s first German title in 1965, which coincided with the club’s 60th anniversary.

The 2025/26 third kit is designed to commemorate this anniversary and recreates this unique moment. The highlights of the kit are the copper-colored “60” and the words “Deutscher Meister 1965” on the inside of the collar. The jersey is decorated with the same color pattern of the first championship team.

The dark green third kit also stands out with its harmonious gradient design, which becomes lighter as it goes down. The Werder Bremen diamond logo, the Hummel logo and the copper piping add a touch of elegance to the kit.

The optional flock of sheep pattern is also special. The retro-style numbers are based on the letters of the 65 kit.
