The design of this iconic jersey is inspired by the sister city relationship between Naples and Kagoshima in 1960. Kagoshima is known as the “Japanese Naples” due to its location on the bay coast, its mild climate and the Sakurajima volcano. In recognition of each other, the two cities have given each other streets: the street in Kagoshima is called “Naples Avenue” and the street in Naples is called “Kagoshima Avenue”.

The Japanese wave decoration in the background symbolizes the ideal connection between the two cities, while the baroque elements of Neapolitan culture complete the symbolic details on the jersey.

The jersey fabric is made of sporty high-performance polyester. The black contrast details of the stretch armor material highlight the ergonomic cut, while the inset sleeve structure is embellished with a double ribbed contrast hem.

One of the main new features of the jersey is the resized SSC Napoli logo patch with 3D effect. This new addition not only adds visual depth to the jersey, but also demonstrates the club’s attention to the latest design trends and quality of detail.
